Jennica graduated from Vancouver College of Massage Therapy in 2016 following a career as a professional dancer for over a decade. She incorporates this understanding of movement with stretching techniques and her education in neurological and systemic conditions to offer comprehensive treatments to clients and education on injury prevention. Jennica's treatment style incorporates a balance of both relaxation and therapeutic techniques to create both a relaxing and effective session. Jennica looks forward to meeting new patients and working with them towards their health and wellness goals.

This is a face, scalp and neck massage that targets the muscles of the face and jaw, helping to relieve tension, increase circulation, and support lymphatic flow. Oil is used and it has an intra-oral component. Buccal face massage can be particularly beneficial for reducing discomfort from TMJ dysfunction, bruxism or clenching, headaches, or sinusitis, and promoting relaxation. Treatment ends with a hot towel. Please wait a minimum of 2 weeks after Botox, 3 weeks after fillers, or Doctor recommendation. This treatment is pregnancy safe.
