Claire has always loved being able to help people and allow them to be the best that they can be. After coming home to London after living in the Rockies for almost two years, she thought massage therapy would allow her to follow her passion in helping people. Claire graduated from Fanshawe College in June 2018 and has been working hard to hone her skills as an RMT and is always continuing her learning. She likes to incorporate relaxation massage in with myofascial release, deep tissue work, and trigger point therapy. By adjusting each massage to the individual client, she wants to be able to provide a very specific massage for your needs.
During my down time you will find me out at the barn with my horse Aries (if you see us around Mt. Brydges stop and say hi!) or paddle boarding in the warmer months!

Traditional Thai massage, sometimes also known as Thai yoga massage, is an ancient holistic manual medicine practice combining interactive, flowing yoga-like movements and stretches, acupressure, and energy work to promote relaxation, flexibility, and overall physical and mental well-being. Performed on a large, pressed foam floor mat, Traditional Thai massage treatments are full-body, and practitioners use their hands, feet, elbows, and knees to apply pressure along the body's energy lines (called "Sen" in Thai) while moving the client into various yoga-like positions. Unlike Swedish massage treatments, clients remain fully clothed in loose-fitting yoga or athletic clothing, the treatment includes dynamic flowing movement, and no massage oil is used. Overall, Thai massage may help reduce pain, improve flexibility, and benefit psychological well-being. Experience for yourself this ancient practice and how it may be beneficial to you and your health and wellness. It is important to note that Thai massage isn’t generally recommended for those who are pregnant or have recently had major surgery significantly limiting movement of the body.
