At Tall Tree, our experts identify simple, evidence-based adjustments to reduce pain, boost productivity, and prevent injury—creating a workspace that feels as natural as it is effective. The Ergonomic Assessment flat rate includes the assessment, written summary with recommendations, and an (optional) 15-min virtual follow up. PLEASE NOTE: Clinician travel time is billed separately for in-person ergonomic appointments.

You'll want to book one of these if it's your child/youth's first time seeing an Occupational Therapist (OT) at Tall Tree Health. We start OT Child & Youth services with a Parent Consult. If your child has already seen an Occupational Therapist at our clinic and you want to book a follow up, please go back and book a follow up appointment. This is a phone call visit. We can’t submit to extended health for Occupational Therapy services, so this appointment will be private pay.
