As a functional, movement-focused Registered Massage Therapist, I am ready to work with you so you can attain all of your treatment goals! My educational background in Kinesiology and Health Science give me the confidence to treat clients of all ages from infants to seniors. While my sports’ experience in gymnastics, trampoline, and yoga are an asset to exercise prescription and breaking down the basics of how the body should move in a healthy way through the activities of daily living.
