AjouterJennifer is a graduate of Sutherland-Chan school of massage therapy and is registered with the college of massage therapy. Jennifer has always had a passion for science and helping people. Her passion directed her on a journey of becoming an RMT.
With each treatment Jennifer uses an individual approach and tailors her massages to the specific needs of her clients to achieve their goals such as decreased muscle tension, improve range of motion, improve sleep, injury recovery and pain relief while creating an environment where her clients feel safe, cared for, and comfortable. Jennifer uses a variety of techniques such as General Swedish Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Myofascial Release and passive stretching. Jennifer is very passionate about massage and believes it can enhance an individual's overall well being. Jennifer loves to empower her clients and give them the tools so they can achieve all of their personal goals. With her outgoing personality and positive attitude she is dedicated to helping patients strive to fulfill a more positive, healthy, balanced lifestyle.

Acupuncture/Needling Treatments within the RMT Scope of Practice Acupuncture is the insertion of needles into specific anatomical points (acupuncture points) to encourage natural healing, and stimulation of the release of endorphins; the body's feel-good / pain relieving hormones. Dry Needling is a skilled intervention used to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying myofascial trigger points (aka. "muscle knots"), muscular, and connective tissues for the management of pain and movement impairments.
