Postpartum Massage for Mom & Baby A gentle head, neck, shoulder, and foot massage for new mothers while baby rests skin-to-skin on your chest. Designed to ease postpartum tension, encourage relaxation, and support bonding during the first 8 weeks after birth.

In this treatment, Chantal will use a variety of techniques, such as gentle myofascial release on the front of the neck/chest, back of the neck and muscles of mastication (intra/extra oral). In addition, general Swedish massage will be applied to the entire neck and shoulders to release any hypertonic muscle tissue. This treatment will always end with gentle stretching, and a scalp massage to leave you feeling balanced. * The use of silicone cupping may be applied on an individual basis.

The TMJ treatment focuses on the head, neck, chest and face using thermotherapy (hot and cold stones), facial cupping and intraoral massage.
