Jennifer earned her diploma in **Massage Therapy** in 2002 and has experience in treating sports related injuries, headaches, lower back pain, postural imbalances, perinatal massage, and musculoskeletal injuries such as tendonitis and muscle strains. Jennifer has also completed advanced training in the assessment, treatment and management of TMJ Dysfunction. Her treatments include a combination of Swedish massage, trigger point release, instrument assisted soft tissue massage, stretching and joint mobilizations to help reduce tension or pain and restore mobility.
In her spare time Jennifer enjoys recreational running and travelling.
