OT Jen Maitland will come to your child's school to observe your child in various school settings in order to make tailored recommendations to support them in their school environment. Must be pre-arranged with family and school.

Prerequisite: Initial Intake with the Occupational Therapist. The Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA) will be implementing the treatment plan that was designed by our Occupational Therapist specifically for your child. Appointments include 45 minutes of treatment time and 15 minutes of charting time for the OTA. Please check your insurance policy for information on coverage for services with an OTA

50 minute follow up appointment with Occupational Therapist Jen Maitland. Clients must have completed both the Initial Intake and the Initial Assessment before progressing to the follow up appointment.

Our Occupational Therapist Jen Maitland, will complete an assessment identifying children's strengths as well as looking at what areas they may need some support to be able to participate in home and school life.

50 minute Initial Intake with Jen Maitland, OT, (Reg. Ont.) During this appointment, caregivers will meet with Jen to discuss their child's specific concerns. This is an integral part of understanding a child's needs and how best to inform further assessments and treatment planning.
