Conscious connected breathwork sessions blend science and spirit — regulating the nervous system, releasing tension, and expanding capacity for what’s next. Guided breathwork sessions are held in a supportive 1:1 setting, designed bring you back to your body, help you shift emotions, and regain your peace and resilience. You are able to lie down, relax your body and tune into the support of Marnie guiding your breath experience. Your breath is your own unique form of medicine. Through a form of conscious-connected breathing, and using music to augment the experience, you will be guided to use your breath as a pathway for personal growth, healing and transformation. This Booking will give you a 30 mins session in one of the Normatec attachments available for treatment: legs, arms or hips/glutes/upper thighs. Once in clinic, this session can be redeemed as one session of either of our packages of 5 ($115 plus tax) or 10 ($200 plus tax). Once you make a package purchase in-clinic, each time you select a 30 mins Normatec Session booking, one session from your package will be subtracted automatically.
