I am a Registered Psychologist whose primary interest is peak performance, whether that be in sport, performance, business or life. I firmly believe that “every path has its puddle” and that it is normal to encounter challenges and difficulties as we attempt to live our best lives possible. What we learn from our challenges and how we move forward as a result of these challenges is key to my approach to working with clients. As an unbiased and collaborative practitioner, I use therapeutic techniques primarily from cognitive behavioural and solution focused therapies to help clients “navigate the waters” of their puddles.

I have two grown children who continue to keep my life interesting as they “navigate their waters”. I have been a member of the Runners Soul Marathon Club for a number of years. I love to trail run in the coulees and spend time walking with my husband and Golden Retrievers.
