Since graduating from Wellington College in 2007, I have been fortunate enough to have run my own business as well as help out in other clinics throughout the years.
Being athletic growing up, and continuing to be around the sport world has been a big part of my focus throughout my massage therapy career as well as advancing my knowledge for mental and physical injuries. I have been blessed to have taken some education that has opened the doors to new advancements on how the massage therapy world is evolving and continuing to grow. I am trained in Sports massage therapy, Pre and Post event massage, KT Taping, TMJ dysfunction, Cupping, Swedish massage, and Deep tissue massage therapy. Educating clients and continuing to care for their health, wellness, and overall well being is something I take pride in and will continue to share with the community.

This student will be graduating in June and is currently working in a practical setting to combine all the skills & techniques they have learned over the past few years before they graduate as an RMT. Both Therapeutic or Relaxation treatment techniques can be applied at this stage of their training. Safety is a priority & an observer is on location to provide students with advice.

When booking a 30 min appointment, you will NOT be able to receive massage therapy for any other areas of dysfunction. The therapist will only have time to treat your abdomen in this time. If you want treatment on other areas, please book a longer treatment length.

45 min is best for follow-up MLD Treatments. If this is your first treatment, please select the 60 min service.

60 minutes is required for your first MLD Treatment. Your first appointment will be almost exclusively consultation with very little or no treatment in order to provide a safe treatment plan.
