I am a massage therapist with 12 years of experience helping people feel their best—physically, mentally, and emotionally. I believe deeply in the natural power of therapeutic touch and its ability to support balance, reduce stress, and create meaningful change in the body.
Each session is thoughtfully tailored to what you need that day. My goal is to create a safe, warm, and nurturing environment where you can relax, release tension, and reconnect with your well-being. My work includes therapeutic and deep-tissue massage, relaxation techniques, cupping, hot stone therapy, and the mindful use of essential oils.

When I’m not in the treatment room, I enjoy spending quality time with my family and being outdoors. I’m grounded by animals, nature, yoga, Qigong, meditation, and staying active—practices that help me show up calm, centred, and fully present for my patients.

I connect deeply with all the elements — earth, water, fire, air, and space—because each one reflects a part of how I move through the world and how I approach healing. Earth reminds me to stay grounded and steady for my patients. Water reflects my belief in flexibility and flow during each session. Fire represents my passion for helping others find ease in their bodies. Air aligns with my focus on breath, presence, and calm. And space speaks to the importance of creating room for healing, rest, and self-awareness. Together, these elements guide both my personal life and my therapeutic work, helping me stay balanced, intuitive, and connected.
