Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner
Jenny is a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner known for her calm presence, deep patience, and genuine care for her patients. She approaches treatment with attentiveness and compassion, taking time to truly listen and understand each individual’s experience, concerns, and goals.
She received her formal education in Traditional Chinese Medicine at Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, and further enriched her clinical training through studies in China. This combination has provided her with a strong and well rounded foundation in both classical theory and practical, patient focused care.
Jenny is licensed to prescribe Chinese herbal medicine and provides general care rooted in supporting overall health, balance, and wellbeing. Her therapeutic approach emphasizes treating the whole person rather than isolated symptoms, with care plans that are thoughtful, individualized, and sustainable over time. She places strong value on patient education and enjoys guiding patients through lifestyle and dietary considerations that align with their individual constitution and health needs.
In addition to her clinical work, Jenny is actively involved in teaching and mentorship. She works within the student clinic at the Ontario College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, where she supports and guides the next generation of practitioners. Sharing knowledge, fostering curiosity, and passing on the principles of Traditional Chinese Medicine are an important part of her professional commitment.
Jenny is fluent in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English, and has experience working with patients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She is deeply dedicated to providing care that feels respectful, supportive, and empowering, helping patients feel understood and cared for throughout their healing journey.

Initial Acupuncture Visit with Andy This is your first acupuncture visit — a full 75 minutes to understand what's going on and begin treatment in the same session. What it's for: People come to acupuncture for many reasons — tension and pain that won't fully let go, trouble sleeping, low energy, stress that sits in the body, digestive discomfort, and patterns that seem to come and go without explanation. Often these show up together, and have been looked at one at a time without a clear answer. What to expect: Andy begins by taking a full picture of your health and how your symptoms connect, rather than treating each one on its own. This includes a look at your overall pattern, and may include checking your tongue and pulse. He'll explain what he finds, then provide an acupuncture treatment in the same visit. The needles are very fine, and most people find the session calm and relaxing. Before you come: Wear comfortable, loose clothing that's easy to move and roll up. It helps to have eaten something beforehand — coming on a completely empty stomach isn't ideal. If you have insurance for direct billing, bring your details. Standard rates apply; all fees are shown when you book.

This Welcome Visit is for your first time with us. You wake at the same hour every night for no reason — wound tight, mind already running, jaw clenched before the day's even started. The tank's empty by mid-afternoon, not sleepy, just done, running on coffee with nothing underneath. The neck and shoulder lock up on the same side again — you've stretched it, had it worked on, it loosens for a day and comes right back. And the week before your period, everything braces for what it knows is coming. You've had these looked at one at a time, and each came back fine on its own. But you live in the body where they clearly aren't separate — they rise together, and they ease together. That's where Andy starts: reading how it all connects, then working those connections with the needles. Your first visit is a full 75 minutes, and treatment begins the same day. Includes 5 red light therapy sessions — the gentle warmth acupuncture has always kept beside the needles, yours to carry into the days between.
