Jensen has been immersed in health and fitness from a young age. What started as training for his favourite sports—motocross, hockey, and snowboarding—quickly turned into a lifelong passion for understanding human performance.
After experiencing several significant injuries, Jensen turned to strength training not only to rebuild his body but to regain confidence, purpose, and control over his health. That personal experience continues to shape his approach with every client he works with today.
A graduate of Mount Royal University’s Bachelor of Health and Physical Education program, Jensen blends his academic foundation in exercise science with his Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) credential to deliver evidence-based, results-driven training. He focuses on helping clients recover from injuries, improve movement quality, and build the kind of strength that supports both performance and everyday life.
Jensen believes in making training an empowering experience—one that develops not just the body, but also the mindset needed to sustain long-term progress. His goal is to help every client leave the gym feeling stronger, more capable, and more confident than when they walked in.

During the Initial assessment a series of questions in regards to your health, past medical history, and current goals will be asked to get a better understanding of which direction to take your fitness/ rehabilitation journey. This assessment will be used to help determine areas that may be of concern to injury, or weakness. During this time, Bianca will take you through a series of movements that are structured around 6 main movements patterns. From here she will assess how you move and get a general baseline of what areas need improvement. Jeff is qualified to screen golfers for strength, power, mobility and even cardio. By properly progressing or regressing exercises based on resistance, posture or movement complexity, Jeff is able to help you address physical limitations that may be inhibiting your swing. The TPI movement screen is a simple test to quickly evaluate a player’s physical capabilities. The results of that assessment are used to determine how technical elements of the player’s swing could be related to what their body can or cannot do. Once this screen is finished, the results are used to create a plan unique for that golfer. The plan may include fitness training, physical therapy and treatment, coaching of swing mechanics and biomechanics, nutrition, mental strategy or all of the above. *This service is claimable by health spending accounts
