Cupping therapy involves the application of plastic cups on the skin using a pump-like applicator to adjust the level of suction. The cups can stay in place and/or be manually manipulated by the RMT using a variety of techniques to lift and spread the tissue. This increases circulation at a superficial level and specifically targets the fascial layer between the skin and the muscles to reduce adhesions and pain, increase range of motion and improve posture. Cupping therapy facilitates deep tissue massage by allowing more space for the underlying muscles to effectively soften and releaseDISCLAIMER: Cupping therapy may leave temporary marks on the skin.

Post-operative lymphatic drainage massage is a beneficial therapy for individuals recovering from surgery, especially liposuction, tummy tucks and BBL. This technique helps reduce swelling, accelerate healing, and enhance immune function by facilitating the removal of excess fluids and toxins. The gentle massage promotes faster recovery, aids in pain management, reduces the risk of fibrosis and minimizes the risk of complications such as infections. Both Brazilian and Vodder techniques are used to optimize results. A series of 10-20 sessions is recommended in the weeks following surgery
Enjoy the benefits of Brazilian lymphatic drainage massage with the addition of Dolphin c-section scar release. The light, soothing lymphatic drainage techniques assist with moving excess fluids from tissues in the postpartum period, focusing on the abdominal area with supportive taping for continued drainage assistance up to three days afterward. This treatment, combined with the Dolphin Scar Release allows your body to recover and move more freely, softening and allowing facial layers to realign and lymphatics to reinstate their flow post surgery.
