SaveA graduate of the Canadian College of Massage and Hydrotherapy, Jesse is a newly registered Massage Therapist who complements his training with over a decade spent in the healthcare field and certification as a Personal Trainer. Having grown up actively involved in sports throughout the Annapolis Valley, he has a deep appreciation for the body's mechanics.
Jesse's passion for helping others developed through his experience as a Continuing Care Assistant, fostering a genuine commitment to client well-being. This foundation, combined with his dedication to personal fitness – currently focused on training for a triathlon, including cycling, swimming, and running – allows him to approach massage therapy with a holistic perspective. Jesse enjoys utilizing deep tissue techniques to target areas of tension and improve functional mobility.
Eager to contribute to the health of the Valley community, Jesse is thrilled to be part of the Restore Health & Sport team. Beyond his professional life, he cherishes staying active and spending quality time with his wife and family

Hot Stone Massage is a form of massage therapy that follows the same principles of Swedish Massage with the addition of heated stones, which helps lead to deep relaxation. Adding heat to specific areas on the body enhances the feelings of relaxation and peace. Hot Stone Massage is recommended in particular for individuals suffering from fibromyalgia, arthritis or other chronic pain. The penetrating effects of the heated stones allows the massage to be delivered without excessive pressure.

To ensure your comfort, our prenatal massages are done side-lying. Our massage therapist uses bolsters and pillows to help support your body during the massage. This allows you to relax fully and enjoy the benefits of the massage.
Our TMJ massage is a comprehensive treatment designed to alleviate pain and discomfort associated with temporomandibular joint (TMJ) dysfunction. The first massage is 60 minutes and includes treating the neck, scalp, face, and intraoral muscles.
