You will learn how to understand your breast anatomy and what's normal for your body, perform a breast self-exam and recognize changes worth discussing with a primary care provider, understand screening guidelines and what testing is recommended at different ages. This workshop is open to all ages and all bodies. No prior experience or medical knowledge needed!
