Jessica is a graduate of both the University of Ottawa (Kin) and Mc Master University (MSc. Physio) in Hamilton. Jess' academic career has inspired her to be a progressive, evidence based physiotherapist with a thirst for the most effective and sound clinical treatments and processes.
Jess grew up in Ottawa where she fell in love with sports and healthy / active living at a young age. Her 15 year elite soccer career has given her tremendous insight around the value and importance of integrated medical and exercise care for healthy and active living.
Jess is excited to work with all patients that are seeking to more healthy, active, vibrant and competitive in whatever journey they are on. Whether it be an ambitious athletic goal or a simple pursuit of functional movement, Jess is passionate about helping.
