I am trained in a range of techniques including Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage, Trigger Point Therapy, Restorative Relaxation Massage, Functional Cupping, I am a certified Yoga Instructor also and am continually learning new techniques to add to my skill set. As a member in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario, I strive to build strong relationships with my clients based on trust, expertise and professionalism. I am dedicated to providing an effective treatment and treatment plan to getting you feeling like your best self!
