Jessica has a background in crisis response with individuals who have experienced physical, sexual, and birth/pregnancy trauma. She is trained in suicide intervention and individual counselling in anxiety and depression for adolescents and adults.

In her work with adolescents and adults, she has practiced cognitive strategies, mindfulness-based methods, as well as music, art, and movement techniques.
Regardless of the technique(s) employed, it is of the utmost importance that you feel comfortable and secure.
Whether you are struggling with grief, life transition(s), anxiety, depression, trauma specific to a life event, or are simply feeling “stuck” in life, together Jessica will endeavour to find a solution with you.
If you are bringing your teen to see Jessica, please plan for your initial session to be broken up into shared and individual portions.

Clients wanting to access Accelerated Resolution Therapy must first book an intake session with their counsellor to assess for fit. A.R.T is an evidence based therapeutic approach for those dealing with trauma, mental health concerns, phobias and more.
***For Current Patients Only*** Includes three 1-hour appointments ($1000) to assess, diagnose, and possibly treat ADHD. First appointment ($350): - Comprehensive health history - Ordering labs - Discussing ADHD assessment process - Provide screening forms Second appointment ($325): - Receive all screening forms - Complete physical exam - Review lab results - Obtain ECG Third appointment ($325): - Provider will have interpreted all collected data - Discuss results - Discuss non-pharmacologic and pharmacological treatments - Initiate medications & provide education (if diagnosis is confirmed) Note: This does not include appointments for medication titration and follow-up after assessment and diagnosis is complete.

Intake session for new clients
Initial counseling appointment with a clinical social worker.
Includes pre-session, assessment and debrief
Includes testing & treatment of patient's partner if the patient has been informed that they are positive for a sexually transmitted infection (STI). Note: the partner does NOT need to be a current patient to receive treatment.
Required as a first time appointment for new pediatric patients. Includes meeting your new practitioner and discussing the child's health history. If there is time, one simple concern can be addressed at the end of the appointment. The patient intake form must be completed prior to coming to the appointment.
Follow up session (prepaid)
Integrative therapeutic counselling for 2-3 people in any relationship dynamic.
