Hi, I’m Jessica Findlay, a registered social worker, who specializes in helping people overcome challenges relating to pregnancy and postpartum mental health, infertility, birth trauma, as well as grief and loss, including miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, interruption of a pregnancy, and a loss of a child. I always feel so honoured to be able to spend my time journeying with people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives. It takes courage to share your story and be vulnerable.
I'm originally from the GTA in Ontario. I completed my Bachelor of Social Work at York University, followed by my Master’s of Social Work at McMaster University. In my work, I primarily draw up evidence-based therapies, such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), as well as other approaches such as Internal Family System (IFS), Mindfulness, and Motivational Interviewing.
