Jess brings a lifelong passion for human anatomy and sports rehabilitation to her role at Waterdown Village Chiropractic & Wellness Group. She earned her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University and completed her Massage Therapy diploma at the Ontario College of Health and Technology.
A former two-sport athlete in volleyball and cheerleading, Jess has a special interest in sports-related injuries and recovery. She is certified in deep tissue massage and soft tissue release, combining these techniques to help clients recover from injuries, ease pain, and promote relaxation.
Jess understands that each body is unique. She takes the time to listen, assess, and customize her treatment to meet each client’s individual needs, supporting long-term wellness and optimal movement.
