You may enjoy her treatments if you are seeking relief from physical, mental or emotional tension and/or if you are hoping to slow down and to connect/reconnect with your body. Jessica has experience treating and supporting:

Treatment are always based on you and what your needs are for that day. She offers both Massage Therapy and CranioSacral Therapy, either separately or as a blended treatment approach.
**Massage Therapy**: Her massage therapy treatments are a blend of Swedish massage, Myofascial release and a touch of CranioSacral therapy. Helpful for restoring a sense of balance and calm to the nervous system, while supporting pain relief and improving ease of movement.
