As a registered massage therapist, my approach to bodywork is both clinical and compassionate. I believe in integrative massage therapy, drawing from a wide range of modalities to support each client’s unique needs—whether you're recovering from injury, managing chronic pain, or simply seeking balance and stress relief.
Rather than offering a one-size-fits-all session, I tailor each treatment using techniques such as myofascial release, trigger point therapy, Swedish massage, deep tissue, craniosacral therapy, and neuromuscular techniques. Every session is a collaboration between your body’s wisdom and my hands’ ability to listen and respond.
My goal is not just to treat symptoms, but to create space for true healing and long-term wellness. I welcome clients of all backgrounds and offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space where you can reconnect with your body and feel at ease.
