Jessica is a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist and graduate of McMaster University. She is passionate about helping clients understand their bodies, build confidence, and improve their quality of life.
Her practice focuses on bowel and bladder health, sexual health, pelvic pain, and supporting people through their pregnancy and postpartum journeys. She is especially passionate about guiding clients as they return to exercise — whether that means getting back to the gym, lifting weights, running, or simply feeling strong in daily life. Using a client-centered approach, Jessica works to connect the dots between physical anatomy, life experiences, and lifestyle, empowering clients with tools that support their goals.
Outside of work, Jessica enjoys cooking, baking, staying active, volunteering in her community, and spending time with her wonderful circle of family and friends.

Reflexology is a non-invasive therapeutic treatment where light pressure is applied to reflex points on the feet or hands using finger and thumb techniques. It is a holistic treatment, intended to treat the whole person, rather than just the symptoms of one particular ailment. It can induce a state of relaxation, balance and harmony, which will encourage the natural ability of the body to heal itself. It is based on the premise that the reflexes on the feet and hands are a mirror image of all the organs, glands and parts of the body. This is for first time Reflexology clients. After the initial appointment please use the follow up appointment type.
