Jessica grew up in a tiny town in Northern Ontario where hockey was all there was to do. She had a few injuries over the years which drew her to the healthcare profession but during university, she developed unrelenting back pain with no specific cause. After seeing many of the school’s manual therapists, and not getting improvement she began researching. This is when she discovered osteopathy and as she learned more and more about it, she was hooked. She finished her Bachelor of Sciences (kinesiology) and entered the Manual Osteopath program.
Jessica is a graduate of the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy. Since graduating, she has been enjoying helping others and returning to some of her interests after spending 9 years in post-secondary education.
She enjoys spending time with her husband and cats (Oliver and Atlas) in her spare time. She also enjoys spending time outdoors and travelling.
