Jessica is a Registered Orthomolecular Health practitioner with a diploma in holistic nutrition from Edison Institute of Nutrition. Jessica's approach is unique for every individual since every individual is unique. Although, she does have a foundation of nourishment & encourages every individual to incorporate nutrients into their diet for optimal health. She has a focus on addition instead of restriction to provide a safe space for everyone.
