Jessica has always had a passion for helping others and an interest in the human body, which lead her to a career in Massage Therapy. She graduated from Mohawk College after extensive training in Swedish Massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release techniques. She also has experience treating a variety of clients from young athletes to retirees. Jessica looks forward to integrating these skills and experiences into treatment plans along with providing her clients with home care to ensure well-rounded results. Jessica believes that everyone can benefit from Massage Therapy one way or another and should experience regular massage to promote an overall healthy wellbeing and lifestyle.

Some benefits from a TMJ treatment include: less jaw pain; increased range of motion; diminished clicking/locking; less painful clicking/locking; decreased pain after dental work; decrease headaches associated with muscle tension related to the jaw and decrease neck pain.
