Jessie is a Registered Massage Therapist and graduate of the West Coast College of Massage Therapy. As a massage therapist in Coquitlam, she is committed to providing evidence-informed therapeutic care focused on pain management, injury rehabilitation, and functional improvement.
During her clinical internships, Jessie gained experience treating a wide range of conditions, including soft tissue injuries, postural dysfunctions, neurological concerns, and general musculoskeletal pain. Her approach emphasizes individualized assessment and treatment planning to support recovery, mobility, and long-term wellness.
Growing up playing hockey sparked her strong interest in human movement and injury prevention. She incorporates a combination of therapeutic techniques such as Swedish massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, and stretching to reduce pain, relieve tension, improve range of motion, and support tissue health.
Jessie strives to provide safe, effective, and professional registered massage therapy in a clinical and client-centred environment.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys playing and watching hockey, staying active, camping, and spending time with family and friends.
