I’m an RMT with a goal-oriented approach to care, focused on helping patients recover from injury, manage chronic pain, and return to optimal function. As a lifelong athlete, I have always been interested in how the body works and drawn to helping others feel their best. I strive to ensure each patient feels heard, supported, and prioritized throughout their care, while growing my clinical knowledge with each patient I have the privilege of working with. Outside the clinic, I enjoy wildlife photography—typically capturing images of small animals like hummingbirds and frogs—and spending time weightlifting, all of which keep me present and balanced.
