Jessy is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from the Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy. She takes a thoughtful, client-centred approach to care, tailoring each treatment to support her clients’ unique goals and needs.
Her treatments focus on pain management, injury prevention, and functional recovery, drawing from a blend of techniques including Swedish and Thai massage, deep tissue work, cupping, and myofascial release. Whether clients are seeking sports massage, rehabilitation, or relaxation, Jessy strives to create a safe, comfortable, and welcoming environment where the body can truly unwind and heal.
Outside of the clinic, Jessy enjoys staying active through volleyball, strength training, and hiking, and expressing her creativity through digital art. As an athlete herself, she understands firsthand the challenges of injury and pain and is passionate about helping clients recover, move with confidence, and feel their best.
