Helen Zheng is a distinguished Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) certified by the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO), with a rich educational background from The College of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Pharmacology of Canada (CTCMPC). Additionally, she is a Registered Acupuncturist and a Registered Traditional Chinese Medicine Practitioner.
Helen’s career as an RMT has been dedicated to alleviating stress, anxiety, and tension while addressing soft tissue pain and mobility restrictions. Her extensive skill set includes Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, sports massage, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and reflexology. She also specializes in prenatal and infant massage, as well as GuaSha techniques.
With a holistic approach and a commitment to personalized care, Helen strives to enhance her clients’ overall well-being and support their journey towards optimal health.

This visit includes a brief follow up intake where we discuss any changes to your health since your last visit, what worked, and what you liked. We continue to address your treatment goals.
This visit involves an in depth Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) assessment where we discuss your medical history, current complaint(s), and associated symptoms, and come up with a TCM diagnosis and tailored treatment. Please note that treatment time may be shorter than usual in this visit due to the comprehensive nature of the intake. The initial appointment for most children 10 years of age and under is usually only 60 minutes.
