Jack (Jie) is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) and a graduate of Ontario College of Technology. Before becoming an RMT, he dedicated years to the field of rehabilitation, receiving formal education in Traditional Chinese Medicine, Acupuncture, and Sports Rehabilitation. He has also provided rehabilitation and therapeutic support for professional sports teams. His diverse educational and clinical background has enabled him to integrate

Eastern and Western perspectives, allowing him to assess the body from multiple dimensions and develop individualized treatment plans that support recovery, movement, and long-term health.

Jack believes that successful treatment begins with understanding the underlying cause of pain rather than simply addressing symptoms. His approach focuses on identifying movement dysfunctions, muscular imbalances, and functional limitations while combining evidence-informed massage therapy with holistic principles inspired by Traditional Chinese Medicine to help clients achieve lasting results.

He enjoys working with individuals experiencing sports injuries, neck and shoulder pain, low back pain, postural dysfunction, and movement limitations. Whether the goal is recovering from an injury, improving athletic performance, or enhancing everyday function, Jack is committed to helping clients move better, feel stronger, and return confidently to the activities they enjoy.

Outside the clinic, Jack enjoys core stability training, studying human movement and rehabilitation, practicing mind-body movement and breathing techniques, and continuing his professional education. He believes that lifelong learning is essential to delivering the highest standard of care and is committed to continually expanding his clinical knowledge to better serve his clients.
