I specialize in supporting children, adolescents, and young adults (and the families who love them) through anxiety, depression, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), trauma-related difficulties, learning challenges, behavioural concerns, emotional regulation, and social skills development.

With graduate degrees in Applied Clinical and Consulting Psychology and specialized training in Autism and Behavioural Science, I bring over a decade of experience across India and Canada. I've served as a Child Clinical Psychologist, an Autism Program Implementer with Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health, and a Clinical Therapist working with young people and their families.
My approach blends Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), Parent Management Training (PMT), trauma-informed care, and family-centred practice—always tailored to your unique strengths and goals. I'm also a Registered Behaviour Technician (RBT) certified in Mental Health First Aid and Crisis Intervention.
I believe everyone has the capacity to grow. My goal is simple: to create a safe, supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and ready to move forward.

This session is a free 15 minute online or telephone appointment to give you an opportunity to ask me any counselling-related questions that may help you make an informed decision about therapy, including helping you to determine whether I am the right fit for you.
This is a free 15 minute consultation needed before setting up the first appointment. It is a chance to ask questions about the therapy process and ensure the student intern is the right fit.
