Jikka (Jiji) is a Registered Massage Therapist dedicated to client-entered care that supports both recovery and relaxation, with a commitment to on going learning and professional development. She draws a range of manual therapy techniques, with a particular focus on TMJD, prenatal massage, and tension headache treatment. Her training at Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy included work with various population, such as sports-related, pregnancy related, and post-surgical care, allowing each session to be tailored to individual needs.
Her passion for massage therapy is rooted in a genuine desire to support others in their rehabilitation and emphasize the importance of self-care. She is committed to helping reduce pain, restore function, and move through daily life with greater ease and comfort.
Outside the clinic, Jiji leads an active lifestyle, including strength training, and Zone 2 endurance work. She believes that “health is wealth” and caries this philosophy into her approach to care.
