Jimmy is a Registered Kinesiologist with over 10 years of knowledge and practical experience in the field of Physical Therapy & Rehabilitation.
Jimmy is particularly effective in working with people who suffer from conditions including rheumatoid arthritis, osteoarthritis, and chronic pain problems. He has helped many of these people regain control of their health and improve the quality of their lives in a natural non-invasive way (surgery-free).
Jimmy also works with many high level athletes across a spectrum of sports including baseball, volleyball, football, hockey, running, cycling, and powerlifting.
During his past time, Jimmy likes to be outdoors with nature, hanging out with his dogo, and eating sushi.

NEW CLIENTS ONLY: Initial appointments will involve a brief health history, followed by an assessment in order to address the chief complaint. On-table treatment is based off assessment findings, and conclude with providing clients with scaled exercise as needed (HEP).
This session may take place in an open-concept space, rather than behind closed doors. This non-traditional massage session is designed to be more than just a passive experience, where clients can expect to spend more time off the table. Sessions involve a dynamic approach to treatment; utilizing active stretching, pin & stretch limiting tissues, and specific reciprocal inhibition techniques to help achieve desired positions and/or improve exercise execution. These sessions are for clientele graduating from subjective pain points, to now objective measurable outcomes.
