Using a holistic, hands-on approach, Jimmy focuses on empowering clients to take an active role in their recovery. His treatment methods include myofascial release, trigger point therapy, cupping, and customized therapeutic exercises to correct posture and movement patterns. He is also certified in IMS (Intramuscular Stimulation) / dry needling, which he uses to diagnose and treat chronic myofascial pain. Jimmy is highly skilled at creating safe and effective treatment plans for a wide range of issues, including sports and work-related injuries, motor vehicle accidents, and chronic pain in the neck, shoulder, and lower back.

As a certified vestibular therapist, Jimmy also treats conditions such as vertigo and dizziness caused by inner ear dysfunction. He believes in working together with his clients to improve their quality of life and help them achieve their personal goals. Jimmy is fluent in English, Punjabi, and Hindi. In his free time, he enjoys working out at the gym and practicing meditation.
