Jimmy Tayal is a registered physiotherapist with over 15 years of clinical experience helping patients recover from injury, reduce pain, and improve how they move. Since graduating in 2009 from the University of Health Sciences, he has worked with a wide range of patients—from athletes and active individuals to those recovering from fractures, surgery, and complex musculoskeletal conditions.
Jimmy has extensive experience treating sports injuries, workplace injuries, motor vehicle accident injuries, chronic pain conditions, and post-surgical rehabilitation. His goal is not just to reduce symptoms, but to identify the root cause of dysfunction and build a treatment plan that leads to long-term recovery and better function.
He has advanced training in vestibular rehabilitation, concussion management, functional dry needling, and therapeutic taping, allowing him to help patients with dizziness, vertigo, balance issues, headaches, and concussion-related symptoms, in addition to orthopaedic injuries.
Jimmy takes a hands-on, evidence-based approach to care, combining detailed assessment with proven treatment techniques such as manual therapy, shockwave therapy, myofascial release, trigger point therapy, dry needling, cupping, taping, and therapeutic exercise to restore movement, improve posture, and support recovery.
