Jing has been working in the health and fitness field since 2017, with a background in strength training, movement coaching, and rehabilitation-focused exercise. Over the years, he has worked with clients looking to improve strength, recover from injuries, reduce pain, and restore better movement patterns.
As a Registered Massage Therapist, Jing combines hands-on treatment with a movement-based approach. His clinical interest is in understanding how different areas of the body influence each other, rather than only focusing on where the pain is felt. He uses assessment, manual therapy, and corrective exercise to help identify contributing factors behind pain, tension, and movement limitations.
Jing’s approach is influenced by strength and conditioning, rehab training, neurodynamics, Anatomy Trains, NeuroKinetic Therapy, and movement assessment systems such as SFMA. This allows him to look at the body through multiple perspectives, including joint mobility, soft tissue tension, nervous system sensitivity, movement control, and whole-body compensation patterns.
His goal is to help clients not only feel better after treatment, but also understand their body more clearly and build long-term resilience through movement, strength, and better body awareness.
