30 min - $95.00 + GST This 30-minute Registered Massage Therapy session is ideal for children and teens requiring focused treatment for a specific area of concern. After a brief assessment, your RMT will provide safe, age-appropriate therapeutic massage to help relieve muscle tension, growing pains, sports-related discomfort, posture concerns, or stress. Treatment may include gentle massage techniques, stretching, and home care recommendations as appropriate. A parent or guardian must provide consent for all minors and may be required to remain in the treatment room depending on the child's age and comfort level.

Following a brief assessment, your RMT will provide age-appropriate therapeutic massage to address muscle tension, growing pains, sports-related discomfort, posture concerns, stress, or general wellness. Treatment may include gentle Swedish massage, myofascial techniques, stretching, and home care recommendations as appropriate. A parent or guardian must provide consent for all minors and may be required to remain in the treatment room depending on the child's age and comfort level.
