This extended series builds on the weekend immersion (although this is not a prerequisite), allowing for deeper cultivation of the energetic and somatic skills introduced. You'll develop palm sensitivity, refine healing intention, and practice intuitive diagnostic touch. Expect guided meditations, partner work, and a supportive community of learners exploring the felt sense of qi over time.

This private session offers Conscious Connected Breathwork, a trauma-informed, body-based practice that works with the breath to support nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and deeper connection to self. Each session includes time to arrive and touch base, followed by an extended breathwork journey supported by music and sound, with the breath guiding the pace. Time is included at the end of the session for rest, settling, and integration. Sessions unfold differently each time. Some experiences are subtle and quiet; others may be more expressive. You are invited to listen to your body and engage in a way that feels supportive. If you are new to conscious connected breathwork, at least one prior session with Julia is required before booking breathwork. This initial session may take the form of counselling and/or craniosacral therapy.

We meet again to go through your routine, step by step while using the products. I do the steps with you, you mirror me. This is completely customized based on you and your skin needs. You will receive the recording after to carry on with your skincare at home.
