**Registered Massage Therapist**
Geo grew up a dancer, specializing in ballet, contemporary, lyrical and also spent several years in gymnastics. After various injuries that come with being an athlete, she has witnessed first hand how incredibly valuable massage therapy can be in restoring the body back to full function and how frustrating it can be when living with limited mobility, chronic pain, and injuries, etc. This sparked a deep fascination with human anatomy, including all the functions within the body and how everything works together as a whole, which led her to pursue an RMT career.
Geo’s approach to massage therapy is deeply empathic, patient-centered, and practical. She conducts a quick and thorough assessment to create an effective treatment plan and implements various techniques to address treatment goals. She is skilled in Deep Tissue massage, Trigger Point release, Myofascial release, Pre/Post-Natal massage, PNF, General Swedish Massage, and relaxation massage. With extensive knowledge on orthopaedic conditions, she has experience in treating TMJ disorders, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, arthritis, scoliosis, tendonitis and others.
Aside from work, Geo can be found painting, crocheting, reading, playing games on her Nintendo Switch, hitting the gym to maintain physical health, meditating to maintain mental health, and learning new hobbies, varying from golfing to jewelry making.

ICBC RMT subsequent appointment is a 45 minutes one-on-one with the Registered Massage Therapist. This appointment includes hands-on therapy and instruction on stretches. No user fee approved by RMT.

Initial RMT Assessments (60 minutes) are first sessions with your RMT to ensure they have a better understanding of your current health and lifestyle. Your RMT will structure the type of massage based on your needs, so you can feel relaxed and refreshed.

Initial ICBC Assessments can only be billed once per patient unless otherwise approved by ICBC. The pre-approved initial assessment includes the assessment and any treatment, including hands-on therapy or stretch instructions.
