Jocelyn completed her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Master of Physical Therapy degrees at the University of Saskatchewan. She also has certification as a Clinical Exercise Physiologist with the Canadian Society for Exercise Physiology.
Jocelyn has been working in private practice in a multidisciplinary setting where she was able to work with a range of clients. From children to seniors, competitive athletes to weekend warriors to those being introduced to exercise for the first time, she has guided a diverse range of clients, tailoring care to meet each individual’s unique needs and goals.
Jocelyn believes in the principle of exercise as medicine and enjoys analyzing and improving movement patterns. Her approach focuses not only on relieving symptoms, but on identifying underlying body mechanics to help her clients move better and feel stronger. She continues to build her expertise through ongoing training and courses and has a special interest in working in women’s health. She is passionate about giving her clients the tools they need to manage their symptoms independently so they can achieve their goals.
Jocelyn is licensed with the Saskatchewan College of Physical Therapists.
