Jocelynn is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated from CDI College in 2023. Prior to pursuing massage therapy, she worked as a personal trainer for four years, during which time she completed multiple corrective exercise courses. This experience sparked her interest in the connection between exercise and recovery, ultimately leading her to massage therapy as a way to support clients through a more hands-on, evidence-based approach to care.
Jocelynn incorporates a variety of techniques into her treatments, including Swedish massage, deep tissue therapy, trigger point release, and joint mobilizations. She has experience working with a wide range of conditions such as pre and post natal, tendinitis, overuse injuries, scoliosis, sciatica, plantar fasciitis, frozen shoulder, and tension headaches.
She takes pride in creating individualized treatment plans that are tailored to each client's unique goals and needs. Her
approach focuses not only on in person therapy but also on long term success through personalized home care and
movement strategies.
Outside of her practice, Jocelynn enjoys staying active through spin classes, weight training, and long walks. She also loves
spending quality time with her cat and close friends
