Jodey is an experienced therapist who has helped people of all ages solve overwhelming problems. Jodey is curious about and cares deeply for each person she works with.
She believes that disconnection from self and community are often the underlying cause of many problems and illnesses. This is often caused by how we had to adjust to early life traumas. Jodey works with you to help clear the effects of trauma on the nervous system and belief system. Once that improves, Jodey is delighted to help you move beyond survival to enjoying life and love. Jodey does not impose a trauma lens and works collaboratively with you to make your own definition of problems and solutions that fits for you. Jodey uses interventions such as Accelerated Resolution Therapy, a blend of many types of therapies, and intuitive guidance. She wants the right amount of change to happen every session.

Jodey works with clients with complex diagnoses, medical leave and return to work, relationship problems, complex traumas (medical, developmental, occupational, religious, etc.) life transitions, grief and loss, and finding your path. She works with seniors and adult children to adjust to changes in roles. She provides education about and preparation for psychedelic assisted therapy and integration after a therapeutic experience.
