What is that?
Facia Stretch Therapy (FST) is fascia stretching of the body’s connective tissue system. Fascia provides strength, shape, and mobility to our bodies. It can also be dysfunctional and cause decreased range of motion, which can lead to pain. FST seeks to realign the tissue to free the body from these restrictions and pain.
Who would benefit from FST?
FST is a personalized treatment for patients with chronic pain, persons with mobility issues, and athletes. Anyone can benefit from having the tension your body is holding be released.
What does a treatment look like?
It’s like Jodi doing yoga for you. Patients wear their yoga or gym clothes during a session while Jodi moves your body to each stretch and guide you with breath work. It is meant to be a pain free treatment that takes an hour to complete.

A Craniosacral therapy treatment involves light holding of selected points around the joints of the cranium, torso, and lower extremity. This light touch is said to affect the pressure and circulation of cerebrospinal fluid, which is the fluid around the brain and spinal cord. The treatment can be done over clothing, with the patient lying on their back, comfortably supported with pillows. Hand positions determined by your therapist’s assessment are held for 1-5 minutes offering sedative feedback to the central nervous system, which can help with managing conditions like chronic pain, stress, and anxiety.
