Jodie was born and raised in Vancouver but fell in love with Tsawwassen and made the move here three years ago. She is thrilled to be practicing locally and serving the community she now calls home. Her clinical focus centers on trigger point release and myofascial release work to alleviate chronic tension and restore mobility. She also regularly utilizes active release techniques to address soft tissue restrictions and support functional movement.
Living an active lifestyle herself, Jodie is a big believer in the power of strength training and loves spending as much time as possible outdoors.
