This first appointment is for females between 11 and 18 who have concerns about their pelvic health. These may include period pain, pain with tampon use, urinary incontinence, pelvic pain or education regarding exercise.

Bike fit follow-up to address any biomechanical issues that need to be tweaked after riding in your new position for a while.

This offering is specific to those female athletes desiring an assessment and treatment plan pertaining to their sport performance or return to sport. The lens of this appointment will be addressing pelvic health and female health concerns impacting performance and training. We want to help you push the limit, reach new PBs all the while supporting your body for lifelong health!

For subsequent and followup appointments. if it's been longer than 1 year since your last appointment, it's best to book an assessment so we have the time and ability to get caught up on all the things and provide thorough and effective assessment and treatment.

4-6 week follow-up after gait assessment to review therapeutic exercise program and continue making gait alterations as needed.

For when everything else but your pelvic floor hurts, we do "regular" physio too. Come on over...

Followup or ongoing care for existing clients.

For first time clients with pelvic health symptoms such as incontinence, suspected prolapse, pelvic pain, GI dysfunction or otherwise. We will spend this appointment doing a full medical history, pelvic floor assessment and treatment. We will also review your goals and together, create a treatment plan.

For those experiencing pelvic organ prolapse and want a conservative, non-surgical option for symptoms management. **Please be sure that you have seen your doctor for a pelvic exam and to assess for vaginal estrogen. Refer to the form on our website.** Assessment and pessary trials to ensure appropriate fit. Price of pessary is not included in this price. A separate invoice of $80 for the pessary will be provided at time of appointment.

For those currently wearing a pessary and need help managing cleaning and care

For those who already have a pessary but might need to be refit or is having difficulties with it. New pessary is not included.

Hands on sport physiotherapy treatment for training injuries or for injury prevention. Includes in-depth athlete assessment, evidence-based intervention of myofascial release, sport-specific education regarding injury, individualized home exercise program and acupuncture. No machines, no fillers, just quality time and effective treatment.

Initial appointment following a vaginal or caesarean delivery. We will spend time discussing any pre-existing concerns, reviewing your birth experience, assessing abdominal wall, core strategies and the pelvic floor. Together we’ll discuss and implement a postpartum rehabilitation treatment plan.

For ongoing prenatal care throughout your pregnancy to manage symptoms and prepare for delivery.

Initial prenatal assessment for those with pelvic floor concerns or experiencing musculoskeletal dysfunction during pregnancy including onset of pain with intercourse, referring pelvic pain, incontinence, labor and delivery preparation/education, pubic symphysis pain, SI pain, sciatic pain, carpal tunnel or low back pain.

AN INDEPTH LOOK AT YOUR RUNNING GAIT INCLUDING: client medical, injury, and sport history, musculoskeletal assessment, running form analysis frontal, lateral, and rear planes, real-time gait alterations and recommendations, video recording and playback review, personal strength and/or stretching program, running shoe suggestions based on gait.

Virtual appointment including assessment, observation, exercise prescription and home program.
