Joseph has 7 years of experience working in a clinical and athletic setting collaborating with Chiropractors, Physiotherapists, Strength and Conditioning coaches and Athletic Therapists. Joseph has contributed to the wellness and recovery of various athletes, as well as individuals maintaining their overall well-being. Joseph has also taken part within the community, being involved in basketball training camps as well as being part of the recovery team for JR. NBA tournaments and volunteering at a Jr. NBA Under Armour combine.
Through movement , fascial line based approach and trigger point therapy, Joseph’s focus is to help athletes manage their progress from recovery to return-to-play.

Our coaches take athletes through a full recovery system: both mind & muscle healing is promoted through a guided recovery stretch class - increasing blood flow and balance to the nervous systems, and complemented with a passive recovery circuit - making use of specialty equipment in the RCVRY Room - compression boots, cold tub, and infrared sauna.
