Driven by a passion for providing meaningful change to a client’s day-to-day life, Jon’s approach to wellness focuses on pain relief, stress reduction, and rehabilitation, as well as steps towards injury prevention and maximizing performance. Jon offers Swedish massage and utilizes techniques such as myofascial muscle stripping, trigger point therapy, and sports massage to provide massage treatment plans specific to client goals.

During his time at Grant MacEwan University, Jon has gained experience in a variety of clinical settings with different populations. This has led to experience treating athletes such as the Edmonton Elks, senior citizens at the Rosedale Seniors Living Centre, and everyday people seeking care with stress and chronic pain.
In his free time, Jon finds himself at the gym lifting weights, or outdoors hiking and rock climbing to keep him inspired.
